Victoria and Justin moved to Colorado just as the country was shutting down from COVID-19. They had hoped to have a full wedding in 2020, but coronavirus has upended those plans.
Instead, they eloped in late 2020 at Chautauqua Park in Boulder in a small ceremony, with their bigger wedding planned for spring 2022. We were connected by a mutual friend Dan knows from his running days — back when he regularly trained for races right after racing for the University of Richmond’s cross country and track and field programs.
Justin and Victoria are both active people, big into running. After they reached out, we quickly scheduled an engagement session at one of our favorite places — Roxborough State Park, filled with beautiful red rock formations and long, rolling trails. They wanted some engagement photos before the weather in Colorado turned too harsh, and we were happy to oblige.
